Maryann Randolph, passed away on October 12, 2026, in Eugene, Oregon, at the age of 82. She was born in Tacoma, Washington, on Easter Sunday, which she always said made it her favorite holiday.
Maryann grew up in Washington, Minnesota, and Idaho, and was once the proud owner of a 1956 red Plymouth Belvedere convertible “if you could reach the pedals...”. For her fifteenth birthday she asked for a bunny. Her father arrived with a horse trailer, and Heart, a dapple gray cattle horse, became a lifelong love. She went on to ride in the Pendleton Round-Up as a teenager. She also once modeled for the Sears Roebuck catalog, in a nurse’s outfit for Halloween.
She was a woman of firm opinions and fewer words. She believed in coffee over tea, tennis shoes over high heels, mountains over beach, and true stories over fiction (she only told the true ones). Her secret to a positive outlook was to say “Erase, erase, erase” out loud and move on.
Maryann could crochet, embroider, and paint, and she made a mean potato au gratin in her famous green and brown bowl. She won many a horseshoe pitching trophy with the NHPA while keeping everyone taken care of. Her greatest joys were her children, her grandchildren, and sitting around a big kitchen table with the women she loved, crocheting and talking.
She is survived by her children Ramona Lynch, Timothy Radiske Jr., Terry Radiske, Tony Radiske, Shannon Barton, Troy Radiske, Kimberly Thompson, and Todd Radiske; her grandchildren Joseph, April, Dylan, Natalie, Austin, Evan, Michael, Kristiena, Jessica, Courtney, McKenzie, Michelle, and Dakoda; and several beloved great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by Timothy Radiske Sr.
A celebration of life will be held on November 28th at 1:30 PM at Sahalie Falls on Hwy 126. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you share a favorite story about her, or donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children’s in her name.
